The students of the Analytics League worked on strategic alternatives for mediacube during the case championship, many of which we took into active development. Moreover, one of the students, Vlad Kolomensky, became a member of the mediacube team. This is one of those cases when you hire someone and don’t need to explain what to do because he already knows better. Now, he manages an internship program, leads people, develops KPIs, and monitors their implementation. In short, he is not just an employee but a real gem. If there were five more like him, I’d take them all!
